This aluminum composite panel( sheet material ) production line is a continuous extrusion machine line for PE material, the final product is aluminum-plastic composite board. It processes by the machine line from PE panel, aluminum panel covered PE panel’s top and bottom side, thermal rolling pressure , film covering and cutting for packing.
This line equipped main machine line, specialized module for panel/sheet, three rollers press and formation machine, compound calendaring thermoformer,film covering machine, inspecting system, edge cutter and cut system and so on.
The screw was designed for mixed material and high plastic so that it flux plastic, color and luster equality, output heighten. T die was designed double throttle, it adjusts thickness of sheet exactly.Temperature control ±1℃,it can exactitude control the course of plastic and thickness and smoothness of sheet.
The roller of the Three-Roller plating press machine is adopted by double hollow structure , mirror finish and chromium treatment. It can be easy cleaning. The Three-roller plating press system also adopts differential type structure, so all the rollers have the same speed, and it can be running fluently.
The press roller designed by air-source control system, this system can present you convenient adjusting operation.
The composite roll of Multi-plating press machine adopts hollow structure, mirror finish and chromium treatment. It works cooperating with rubber roller. These system can let aluminum plate product has smooth surface. The system heating-up by conduction oil, the strong point of this oil is temperature differential. The system can adjust the temperature automatically. Also, there is a special adjusting system between the rollers in this machine, and this system can guarantee the products’ levelness and trim( degree of balance).
