XL series two stage compounding extruder is consisted by two stages. The first stage is co-rotating twin-screw extruder, the second is single screw extruder. This equipment set can realize better shearing and compounding function of twin-screw extruder, then the single screw extruder finish extruding and palletizing. The scientific and advanced structure can avoid material decomposition phenomena which due to overheat.
Two stage compounding extruder features low cost, high output and better product quality. It best suits for produce PVC, XLPE etc thermo-sensitive material.
